Phil Cooke, PT, MPT, MS has over 28 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy and has been a private practice owner in North Central West Virginia since 1992. He received a Master of Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University and holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from West Virginia University.

 

Phil founded House Call Rehab, LLC due to the changing landscape of physical therapy delivery. He believes your environment impacts how you heal and by receiving therapy in the comfort of your own home, patients can speed up their healing process. Consistency and continuity of care help to promote recovery, this is why treatment is provided solely by Phil each visit, no assistants or techs. This is truly the driving force behind House Call Rehab, LLC.  Helping you regain independence with individualized one-on-one attention designed for your specific needs.
